Why wasn’t my trash/recycling picked up?
If it appears that some trash or recycling was picked up and not others, it may be that it wasn’t prepared properly for disposal. Any items over 50 lbs. without prior notification, water or ice filled barrels may be refused at the discretion of the driver.
In the rare instance we missed your pickup, please call us immediately to remedy this situation.
You must make special arrangements for construction and demolition (C&D).

What things can’t go in my curbside trash?

How should my recycling be prepared?
You will receive an informational packet when you sign up for recycling services that will tell you all about this. If you have misplaced your informational packet, please contact us so we may send you a replacement. Recyclables not prepared properly will be treated as regular trash that may incur an additional fee.

Why do I have to pay extra to dispose of electronic devices?
Vermont and New Hampshire passed laws making it illegal to dispose of Electronic Devices in household trash. These items must be recycled by a disposal company to ensure the lead, mercury and cadmium that are in many of these products is disposed of properly.
Why can’t I just add my yard waste into my trash?
It is illegal to place yard waste into your household trash. You can rent a Yard Waste container or place your yard waste in biodegradable paper bags for proper disposal.
Why haven’t I received a bill?
Typically statements aren’t sent out to customers that have a credit or have a zero balance. If you have any questions about your account please call 603-542-8050 or email info@decampwaste.com.
A $2.50 charge is billed for any customer wanting a mailed bill. This fee is waived if you sign up for quarterly billing. There is no fee for emailed bills or automatic deductions.

What are the rates of your services?
- Weekly, biweekly and monthly rates are determined by the size and number of barrels. Normally, we determine by 32, 64 and 96 gallon containers (Toters). Extra trash and bulky items are billed based on our costs of disposal, as seen below. The following prices are for customers adding to their regular pick up day. An additional fee is charged for one time pick ups of these items. Please contact our office for a free, no obligation quote.

Notices
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check, Money Order, PayPal & Venmo. An 18% APR finance charge is assessed for late payments with a minimum $2.50 charge.
**ACCOUNTS OVER 60 DAYS PAST DUE WILL BE SUSPENDED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND ACCOUNTS THAT ARE FREQUENTLY DELINQUENT OR HAVE AN EXCESSIVE BALANCE. **
Returned checks and ACH payments are subject to a minimum $25.00 fee. Other electronic payments returned for insufficient funds are subject to a minimum $5.00 fee..
Electronic payment processing fees are non-refundable when a refund is requested.
You can set up automatic payments at www.trashbilling.com or you can contact our office and we are happy to set it up for you. Automatic payments can be processed through a savings/checking account or credit/debit card (savings/checking accounts are preferred). All automatic payments are withdrawn on the 10th of each month and will deduct the current balance due on your account as of that date.
All trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in a container at the end of your driveway before 6:00 AM on your pickup day listed above (or the night before). Please make sure your walk/drive is accessible and sanded/salted. Access is determined by the driver; unsafe ways will result in trash not being collected. Any trash bags heavier than 50 lbs. may not be picked up. Hazardous waste of any type cannot be added to regular trash including:

During periods of inclement weather, it may be necessary to cease operations for the safety of our team. Please check us out on Facebook or www.decampwaste.com for updates during these times. If your pickup day is going to change, you will receive an email and an automated phone call.
If your regular pickup days fall on one of the major holidays, we will send an email and an automated phone call to make sure you are notified. Also, check out our website www.decampwaste.com or our Facebook page for updates.
Recycling must be prepared according to the guidelines listed at https://decampwaste.com/services/recycling. Recycling can be placed out with your trash on your regular pickup day unless your service states otherwise. (Recycling is an additional service.)
Referrals are our best advertising! For every person you refer that signs up for service, you receive up to a $30.00 credit on your account.
You can view your account online at www.trashbilling.com. Here you can view charges, make a payment, sign up for autopay and more! Your Web ID# is located at the top of this form. To prevent important emails from going to your spam folder, we suggest adding NetComm@TrashBilling.com to your contact or safe sender list.
If you have a dumpster or driveway service, you assume all responsibility for any damage done to your yard or driveway. Additionally, you must ensure the driveway is accessible (no vehicles in the way, plowed and sanded, etc.). Our trucks are heavy and may cause damage.
ANNUAL INCREASE: DeCamp Waste Services believes in complete transparency. As with any business, our operating costs rise every year. We want to make sure you aren't blindsided by any price increases and can plan accordingly. On your March 1st billing each year you will see a small increase that will never be more than 3%.
